Well, we're getting back to full swing, after the storms, and the produce is really coming on. Lots of cucumbers, including pickles, the beginning of tomatoes, peppers, lots of onions, potatoes, zucchini, summer squash, and the corn is definitely coming in. Well the cold snap certainly signaled the end of summer and the onset of fall. The leaves are beginning to turn, what a beautiful time to come out to the Chesterhill Produce Auction. Monday we saw over 100 dozen ears of corn, though we expect that was about the end of the late sweet corn, lots of great canning tomatoes, pumpkins, watermelon, apples, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and peppers- hot, sweet, red, green, orange, yellow,  mums and more mums. What a great auction, Thursday. So much corn, peppers, beans, tomatoes, and a couple hundred watermelons. Only 10 auctions left, so if you're looking to stock up for winter, come on out.
