I am very thoughtful today, reflecting on the passing of one of Athens great activists. He was an inspiration to many, whether you agreed with him or not, and he set the standard for letting your values drive your actions. As someone who was influenced by Art when I was 19 doing campus activism around Central American issues, I feel a great need to just sit and be thoughtful. It was a great weekend at the Nelsonville Music Festival (yeah Tim, Brian, and all you wonderful people over there on the square at Stuart's Opera House!) Rural Action was out in full swing recycling and sorting trash with dozens of volunteers and we kept the place practically spotless. It was a great weekend at the Nelsonville Music Festival (yeah Tim, Brian, and all you wonderful people over there on the square at Stuart's Opera House!)
