I received the following two articles from Brandi Whetstone of the Ohio Chapter Sierra Club. I could not get ahold of Debbie Phillips, but left a message on her answering machine. I talked to a staff member of Jimmy Stewart's and he did not know much about it other than Senator Stewart hasn't taken a position on it.
