Casa Nueva

A belated invite, but Casa Nueva has just began our Summer Menu! Featured ingredients include summer squash from Cowdery Farm, tomatoes and basil from Shade River Farm, dill from Green Edge Gardens, goat's milk feta and queso blanco from Integration Acres, seasonal fruit from Cherry Orchards, Chesterhill Produce Auction and Dutch Creek Community Farm.

New menu items include Blackberry Pancakes, Chicken Salad Sandwich on dill bread with King Family Farm's chicken, lettuce, tomato and squash slaw, Casafied Falafel with fresh lettuce, red cabbage, sprouts, red onion, tomato and lemon-tahini sauce, Summer Roasted Vegetable Salsa, Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette, Berry Vinaigrette and Summer Burritos, Enchiladas, Quesadillas and Scramblers featuring summer squash, dill and feta.
